Tell us what’s wrong, or what you’d like.
The quickest way is from inside the app: it files your report with what’s needed to look into it.
Send feedback from Settings
- Open Stash Me and go to Settings.
- Tap Send feedback.
- Choose Bug report if something isn’t working, or Feature request for something you’d like.
- Give it a title and a description. Add a screenshot or a file under Attachments if it helps.
- Add your email if you’d like a reply. It’s used only for a reply about this report.
- Tap Send. The app shows the number your report is filed under.
The app’s version, the iPhone’s model and its iOS version are sent with it, and nothing else about you or your stash.

If the app won’t open, or you’d rather write, send an email. Say which iPhone and which iOS version you have.

Purchases
Bought the unlock and the app still asks? Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. Refunds are Apple’s to give: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
